2-3 lb pork loin roast
1 sliced onion
2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
½ cup dark brown sugar
¾ cup apple cider vinegar
½ cup honey
¼ cup soy sauce
2 tsp salt
3 minced garlic cloves
2 cups fresh pineapple chunks
Optional: 1 tsp crushed red pepper flakes
Preparation
Brown the pork loin roast in olive oil in a skillet.
