Ingredients

2 pounds potatoes, peeled and thinly sliced

1 1/2 cups cooked ham, diced

1 small onion, finely chopped

3 tablespoons butter

2 cups milk

1/4 teaspoon paprika

1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
