Deliciousness! Even after 7 years, it’s still a hit! People always want me to whip this up

Ingredients

1 1/2 cups of graham cracker crumbs
1/4 cup sugar
1/2 cup butter, melted
2 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 eggs
1/2 cup caramel topping
1 tablespoon all-purpose flour

Preparation

Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
In a medium bowl, mix together graham cracker crumbs, 1/4 cup sugar, and melted butter. Press the mixture into the bottom of a 9×13 inch baking pan.
In another bowl, beat the cream cheese, 1/2 cup sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth. Add eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition.
Pour the cream cheese mixture over the crust in the pan.
Mix the caramel topping with flour until well combined. Drizzle over the cream cheese layer. Use a knife to swirl the caramel into the cream cheese.
Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes, or until the filling is set. Let cool, then refrigerate for at least 3 hours.

Cut into bars and serve.
Variations & Tips
For a little twist, sprinkle a little sea salt over the caramel layer before baking to make salted caramel cheesecake bars. If you or your loved ones are chocolate enthusiasts, drizzle melted chocolate over the top after baking. For those avoiding gluten, substitute the graham cracker crumbs with your favorite gluten-free cookie crumbs.
