Potato balls (Rellenos de papa)
1lb Ground beef
Olive oil
1/4 C Sofrito
Adobo
Salt
Blk pepper
Sazón
Parsleys
Pimientos morones
Diced olives
Half can of tomato sauce
For the potatoes
5lb bag of yellow potatoes
Peel & cut in half, boil until soft.
Let them cool off.
Mash & add salt to taste.
Mix Cornstarch until the mixture isn’t sticky.
Grab desired amount of dough with flower on your hands to avoid sticking, roll into a ball then flatten like a pancake, add meat and roll into a ball.
Heat oil to 375°
Let it Fry for a minute and move around until golden brown. — à New York, États-Unis.
