Gooey Brownie Pie
This Gooey Brownie Pie combines the richness of a brownie with the buttery flakiness of a pie crust, topped off with luscious caramel and melted chocolate for a decadent treat!
Ingredients:
For the Pie:
1 store-bought or homemade pie crust
1/2 cup butter, melted
1 cup sugar
2 large eggs
1/3 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
1/2 cup all-purpose flour
1/4 tsp salt
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 cup chocolate chips
For the Topping:
1/2 cup caramel sauce
1/4 cup chocolate chips, melted
Instructions:
- Prepare the Pie:
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
Roll out the pie crust into a 9-inch pie pan, pressing it gently into the sides.
- Make the Brownie Filling:
In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the melted butter, sugar, and eggs until smooth and fully combined.
Add the cocoa powder, flour, salt, and vanilla extract, mixing until just combined.
Fold in the chocolate chips.
- Bake the Pie:
Pour the brownie mixture into the prepared pie crust and spread it evenly.
Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until the center is just set but still gooey.
Remove from the oven and let the pie cool completely.

Once the pie has cooled, drizzle the caramel sauce over the top.
