No-Bake Irish Cream White Chocolate Cheesecake
Ingredients :
For the Crust:
1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
5 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
1/4 cup granulated sugar
For the Filling:
16 ounces cream cheese, softened
3/4 cup powdered sugar
1/2 cup Irish cream liqueur
12 ounces white chocolate, melted
1 cup heavy whipping cream, whipped
Directions :
Prepare the Crust:
Mix graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar in a bowl until well combined. Press firmly into the bottom of a springform pan and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
Make the Filling:
Beat softened cream cheese and powdered sugar with an electric mixer until smooth. Gradually add the Irish cream liqueur, beating well after each addition.
Incorporate White Chocolate:
Slowly fold the melted white chocolate into the cream cheese mixture. Be careful not to overmix.
Fold in Whipped Cream:
Gently fold whipped cream into the filling using a spatula, taking care not to deflate it.
Pour and Chill:
Pour the filling over the chilled crust, smooth the top, cover, and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight until set.
Serve and Enjoy:
Remove from springform pan, slice, and serve. Garnish with whipped cream, chocolate shavings, or a drizzle of Irish cream liqueur.
