My easy version of – Everything Stir Fry Sauce

Keep this easy homemade Stir Fry Sauce on hand and make a restaurant quality Asian stir fry dinner at home. I love it!

Ingredients:

  • 1/4 cup light soy sauce
  • 3 tablespoons oyster sauce
  • 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
  • 2 teaspoons brown sugar
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon fresh ginger, grated
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 1 tsp sesame oil

Directions:

In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, oyster sauce, rice vinegar, sesame oil, garlic, ginger and the rest of the ingredients.

Bring the sauce to a simmer and cook for about 2-3 minutes or until it thickens to your desired consistency.
Remove from heat and ready to mix with your favorite stir fry vegetables, noodles, meat or seafood. Or let it cool and store in refrigerator for 1 week.

Note: use 1/4 cup to 1/2 cup per pan of stirfry (3-4 servings)
