Ingredients:

2 salmon fillets
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp blackened seasoning
Salt and pepper to taste
1 ripe avocado
1/4 cup cilantro, chopped
1 tablespoon lime juice
1/4 cup Greek yogurt or sour cream
1 clove garlic, minced
1/4 cup water (to thin sauce)
Cooked rice or quinoa (for the base)
Fresh veggies (like cucumber, tomatoes, and corn) for garnish
Instructions:
