Lobster Tails with Creamy Garlic Butter

Ingredients:

  • 4 lobster tails
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 100g butter
  • 200ml heavy cream
  • 2 tbsp fresh lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions:

  1. Preparing the lobster tails: Preheat your oven to 200°C. Using kitchen scissors, cut the tops of the lobster tails lengthwise to expose the meat. Carefully remove the meat and place it on top of the shell.
  2. Preparing the sauce: In a large frying pan, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1-2 minutes, until softened. until fragrant but not burnt.
  3. Add the cream: Stir the heavy cream into the pan with the garlic and butter. Stir well and simmer for about 3 to 5 minutes, until the sauce thickens slightly.
  4. Season: Add the lemon juice, salt and pepper to the sauce. Taste and adjust the seasoning if necessary.
  5. Cook the lobsters: Arrange the lobster tails in a baking dish and pour the creamy garlic sauce over the top. Bake for about 10 to 12 minutes, or until the meat is cooked through and opaque.
  6. Finish: Once cooked, remove the lobster tails from the oven and sprinkle with chopped fresh parsley for garnish.
  7. Serve: Serve hot, accompanied by crusty bread to enjoy the delicious sauce. This dish is perfect for a special occasion or an elegant dinner.

Additional Tips: For an even more flavorful twist, you can add a pinch of crushed red pepper to the sauce for a little heat.”
