Ingredients:

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup panko breadcrumbs (for a crunchier crust) or regular breadcrumbs
  • 2 teaspoons garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon dried parsley (optional)
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/2 cup melted butter
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons fresh chopped parsley (for garnish, optional)
  • 1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning (optional)

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Prepare the coating:
