Slow Cooker Ranch Pork Chops

Here’s a simple recipe for Slow Cooker Ranch Pork Chops:

Ingredients:

  • 4 boneless pork chops (or bone-in)
  • 1 packet of ranch seasoning mix (about 1 ounce)
  • 1 can (10.5 ounces) of cream of chicken soup
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth (or water)
  • 1 tablespoon of butter (optional)
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

  1. Prep the Pork Chops: Season the pork chops with salt, pepper, and half of the ranch seasoning mix.
  2. Layer Ingredients in the Slow Cooker: In the bottom of the slow cooker, place the pork chops. In a small bowl, mix the cream of chicken soup, the remaining ranch seasoning mix, and the chicken broth. Pour this mixture over the pork chops.
