Garlic Butter Ranch Beef and Roasted Corn Bowtie Casserole
Ingredients:
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 packet ranch seasoning mix
- 1 ½ cups uncooked bowtie pasta
- 1 cup roasted corn (fresh, frozen, or canned)
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 2 tbsp butter
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 tbsp garlic powder
Directions:
- Preheat the Oven:
1.1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). - Brown the Beef:
2.1. In a large skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain any excess grease. - Season & Add Roasted Corn:
3.1. Stir in the ranch seasoning mix, garlic powder, and roasted corn. Cook for 3-4 minutes until combined. - Cook the Pasta:
4.1. Cook the bowtie pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside. - Prepare the Sauce:
5.1. In a separate pan, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the heavy cream and bring to a simmer. Stir in ½ cup of shredded mozzarella and cheddar cheese until the sauce is creamy and smooth. - Combine & Assemble:
6.1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked pasta, beef mixture, and creamy cheese sauce. Stir to coat evenly. - Bake:
7.1. Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish. Top with the remaining mozzarella and cheddar cheese. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until the top is golden and bubbly. - Serve:
