🍯 Oven-Baked Glazed Honey Garlic Sausages

Ingredients:

  • 8 pork or beef sausages (or chicken/turkey if preferred)
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 2–3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce (light or regular)
  • 1 tbsp Dijon mustard (optional, adds a little tang)
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp chili flakes (optional, for a kick)
  • Fresh parsley or green onions (for garnish)

Instructions:

  1. Preheat Oven
    Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking tray with foil or parchment paper for easy cleanup.
  2. Prepare the Glaze
    In a small bowl, whisk together:
    • Honey
    • Minced garlic
    • Soy sauce
    • Dijon mustard (if using)
    • Olive oil
    • Chili flakes (if using)
  3. Bake the Sausages
    Place the sausages on the prepared baking tray and bake them for 20 minutes, turning once halfway through.
