Ingredients

What You Need: Three medium-ripe bananas

three eggs

1/4 cup of flour, 1/2 cup of sugar, and 1/4 teaspoon of baking powder

0.5 teaspoons of baking soda

100 grams of melted unsalted butter

Preparation

Set the oven temperature to 350°F, which is 175°C. Flour or grease a 9-inch round cake pan and set it aside.

Mash the ripe bananas until they are completely smooth in a large mixing dish.

Combine the eggs with the mashed banana and stir until smooth

Flour, sugar, baking soda, baking powder, and salt should be combined in a different pitcher.

Stir the banana mixture thoroughly as you slowly add the dry ingredients.

To make a smooth batter, combine the melted butter with the vanilla essence. Add your choice of chopped nuts, chocolate chips, or dried fruit by stirring.

Evenly distribute the batter into the cake pan that you had previously prepared.

To ensure a clean toothpick comes out when put in the middle, bake in a preheated oven for 30 to 35 minutes.

After 10 minutes of cooling in the pan, transfer the cake to a cooling rack to finish cooling.
