Ingredients:
- 1 lb ground beef
- 8 slices of bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 4 large flour tortillas
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tablespoons mayonnaise (optional)
- Lettuce leaves (optional)
- Sliced pickles (optional)
Directions:
Cook the Beef:
In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned, breaking it up as it cooks. Drain any excess fat. Season with garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Stir well to combine.
Prepare the Wraps:
Lay out the tortillas on a clean surface. Spread a little mayonnaise on each tortilla (if using). Add a layer of lettuce and pickles if you want extra crunch.
Assemble the Wraps:
Spoon the seasoned ground beef evenly onto the center of each tortilla. Sprinkle the crumbled bacon and shredded cheddar cheese on top of the beef.
Wrap and Toast:
Fold in the sides of the tortilla, then roll it up tightly to form a wrap. Place the wraps seam-side down in a hot skillet and toast each side for about 2-3 minutes, until golden and crispy.
Serve:
Cut the wraps in half and serve hot. Enjoy your Cheesy Bacon Burger Wraps with your favorite dipping sauce!
