Here’s a simple Funnel Cake Bites recipe—crispy, golden, and dusted with powdered sugar!

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 tablespoon granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • ½ cup milk
  • 1 egg
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Vegetable oil (for frying)
  • Powdered sugar (for dusting)

Instructions:

  1. Heat Oil: In a deep saucepan or fryer, heat about 2 inches of oil to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Mix Dry Ingredients: In a bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
  3. Mix Wet Ingredients: In another bowl, whisk together milk, egg, and vanilla extract.

  5. Fry: Using a spoon or small cookie scoop, drop small amounts of batter into the hot oil. Fry for about 1-2 minutes per side, until golden brown.
