Garlic Butter Steak, Shrimp, and Potatoes Best dinner idea

Ingredients:

•⁠ 1 lb steak (sirloin or ribeye), cut into cubes
•⁠ 1 lb large shrimp, peeled and deveined
•⁠ 1 lb baby potatoes, halved
•⁠ 4 tablespoons butter
•⁠ 2 tablespoons olive oil
•⁠ 5 cloves garlic, minced
•⁠ 1 teaspoon paprika
•⁠ 1 teaspoon dried thyme
•⁠ Salt and pepper, to taste
•⁠ Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Directions:

In a large pot, boil the halved baby potatoes for 10-12 minutes until tender. Drain and set aside.
In a skillet, heat 2 tablespoons of butter and 1 tablespoon olive oil over medium-high heat. Add steak cubes, season with salt, pepper, and paprika. Cook until browned, about 4-5 minutes. Remove and set aside.
In the same skillet, add shrimp, seasoning with salt, pepper, and thyme. Cook for 2-3 minutes on each side until pink. Remove and set aside.
Add the remaining butter and olive oil to the skillet, then toss in the boiled potatoes. Sprinkle with garlic and cook until golden and crispy, about 5-7 minutes.
Combine the cooked steak, shrimp, and potatoes in the skillet. Toss everything together until well coated in garlic butter.
Garnish with chopped parsley and serve hot!
