Low crab sheet pan pizza

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup almond flour
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup pizza sauce (low-carb)
  • 1 1/2 cups assorted toppings (pepperoni, bell peppers, onions, olives, etc.)
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese (for topping)

Instructions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a microwave-safe bowl, combine 1 1/2 cups of shredded mozzarella cheese and microwave for about 1 minute until melted.
  3. Add almond flour, eggs, baking powder, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, and salt to the melted cheese. Mix until a dough forms.
  4. Spread the dough onto the prepared baking sheet, shaping it into a rectangle or square to your desired thickness.
  5. Bake the crust in the preheated oven for about 12-15 minutes or until golden brown.
  6. Remove the crust from the oven and spread the pizza sauce evenly over the top.
  7. Add your desired toppings and sprinkle with 1/2 cup of shredded mozzarella cheese.
  8. Return the pizza to the oven and bake for an additional 10-12 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
  9. Let it cool slightly before slicing and serving.
