- 1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese

Instructions:
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a microwave-safe bowl, combine 1 1/2 cups of shredded mozzarella cheese and microwave for about 1 minute until melted.
- Add almond flour, eggs, baking powder, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, and salt to the melted cheese. Mix until a dough forms.
- Spread the dough onto the prepared baking sheet, shaping it into a rectangle or square to your desired thickness.
- Bake the crust in the preheated oven for about 12-15 minutes or until golden brown.
- Remove the crust from the oven and spread the pizza sauce evenly over the top.
- Add your desired toppings and sprinkle with 1/2 cup of shredded mozzarella cheese.
- Return the pizza to the oven and bake for an additional 10-12 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
- Let it cool slightly before slicing and serving.
