Luxurious assortment of gourmet seafood
Ingredients:
1 lobster tail, split in half
1/2 lb scallops
1/2 lb of shrimp, peeled and veined
1/2 lb of crab legs
2 tablespoons of olive oil
2 cloves of minced garlic
1 tablespoon of fresh lemon juice
1 tablespoon of fresh parsley, chopped
Salt and pepper to taste
Lemon slices to serve
Melted butter for diping
Preparation:
Step 1:
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Preparing the oven in advance ensures uniform cooking and brings out the flavours of seafood.
Step 2:
On a large baking sheet, arrange the seafood assortment: evenly place the split lobster tail, scallops, shrimps and crab legs on the sheet to ensure good heat distribution
Step 3:
Drizzle the seafood with olive oil, making sure to coat each piece well. Olive oil not only adds richness, but also helps seafood to cook evenly without sticking to the baking sheet.
Step 4:
Sprinkle the seafood with the chopped garlic and freshly squeezed lemon juice. Garlic infuses seafood with a bold aromatic flavour, while lemon juice provides a lively and tangy contrast that elevates the dish.
Step 5:
Season with salt and pepper according to your taste preferences. Properly seasoning seafood ensures that natural flavours shine without surpassing the delicate taste of lobster, scallops, shrimp and crab.
Place the baking sheet in the oven and bake for 12-15 minutes. The seafood should be cooked through, the lobster tail slightly brown. Be careful not to overcook, because seafood can become hard if left in the oven for too long.
Step 7:
Once done, remove the seafood from the oven and immediately garnish with freshly chopped parsley. The parsley adds a touch of freshness and colour, making the dish visually attractive.

Serve the seafood platter with lemon wedges on the side to add zest and melt butter to soak. Butter enhances the richness of seafood and adds a luxurious touch to the meal
