Papaya Sunrise Smoothie Recipe
Ingredients:
Bottom Layer (Sunrise base):
- 1 cup ripe papaya, chopped
- 1/2 banana
- 1/2 cup orange juice
- 1/4 cup Greek yogurt or coconut yogurt (optional for creaminess)
- 1 tsp honey or maple syrup (optional)
Top Layer (Sunrise glow):
- 1/2 cup strawberries or raspberries (fresh or frozen)
- 1/4 cup pineapple juice or water
- A few ice cubes
Instructions:
- Blend the Bottom Layer:
