Ingredients:

  • 1½ cups tequila (silver/blanco)
  • 1 cup orange liqueur (like Triple Sec, Cointreau, or Grand Marnier)
  • 2 cups passion fruit juice (chilled; look for 100% juice or nectar)
  • 1 cup lime juice (freshly squeezed is best)
  • ½ cup simple syrup or agave syrup (adjust to taste)
  • 1 cup club soda or sparkling water (for fizz, optional)
  • Ice
  • Lime slices, passion fruit seeds, or mint (for garnish)
  • Coarse salt or Tajín (for rimming glasses, optional)

Instructions:

  1. Prepare Glasses (Optional):
    Rub a lime wedge around the rim of each glass, then dip in coarse salt or Tajín.
  2. Mix Punch Base:
    In a large pitcher, combine tequila, orange liqueur, passion fruit juice, lime juice, and simple syrup. Stir well to mix.
