Piña Colada Sangria Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 1 bottle (750 ml) white wine (such as Sauvignon Blanc, Pinot Grigio, or Chardonnay)
  • 1 cup coconut rum (like Malibu)
  • 1/2 cup pineapple juice
  • 1/4 cup lime juice (freshly squeezed)
  • 1/4 cup simple syrup (adjust to taste)
  • 1/2 cup coconut milk
  • 1 cup pineapple chunks
  • 1/2 cup diced mango
  • 1/2 cup sliced strawberries
  • 1/2 cup diced kiwi (optional)
  • Lime slices (for garnish)
  • Mint leaves (for garnish)
  • Ice

Instructions:

  1. Prepare the Sangria Base:
In a large pitcher or jug, combine the white wine, coconut rum, pineapple juice, lime juice, simple syrup, and coconut milk. Stir well to mix everything together.
  2. Add the Fruit:
Add the pineapple chunks, mango, strawberries, and any other fruit you like (such as kiwi). Stir gently.
  3. Chill:
Cover the pitcher and place it in the refrigerator for at least 2-4 hours, or overnight for the best flavor. This allows the fruits to infuse the sangria.
  4. Serve:
When ready to serve, fill glasses with ice. Pour the sangria into the glasses, making sure to include some of the fruit pieces in each.
  5. Garnish:
Garnish with fresh lime slices and mint leaves for a fresh and vibrant finish.
  6. Enjoy:
Serve chilled and enjoy your tropical Piña Colada Sangria!

You can also adjust the sweetness by adding more simple syrup or pineapple juice depending on your preference. Enjoy!
