Scallops with Cream
Ingredients:
- 400 g of scallops
- 1 shallot
- 20 cl of fresh cream
- 10 cl of white wine
- 2 tablespoons of butter
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Chiselled parsly for the filling
Instructions:
- Finely slice the shallot.
- Melt the butter in a frying pan over medium heat, then fry the shallot until it is translucent.
- Add the scallops and cook them for 2 to 3 minutes on each side until golden brown.
- Deglaze the pan with the white wine and let it reduce slightly.
- Add the fresh cream, then salt and pepper to taste. Simmer over low heat for 5 minutes.
- Sprinkle with chopped parsley before serving.
