Scallops with Cream

Ingredients:

  • 400 g of scallops
  • 1 shallot
  • 20 cl of fresh cream
  • 10 cl of white wine
  • 2 tablespoons of butter
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Chiselled parsly for the filling

Instructions:

  1. Finely slice the shallot.
  2. Melt the butter in a frying pan over medium heat, then fry the shallot until it is translucent.
  3. Add the scallops and cook them for 2 to 3 minutes on each side until golden brown.
  4. Deglaze the pan with the white wine and let it reduce slightly.
  5. Add the fresh cream, then salt and pepper to taste. Simmer over low heat for 5 minutes.
  6. Sprinkle with chopped parsley before serving.

Preparation time: 10 minutes

Cooking time: 15 minutes

Total time: 25 minutes
