Snowy Pineapple Punch
Ingredients:
2 oz Malibu rum
4 oz pineapple juice
2 oz coconut cream
4 oz ginger ale
1 oz freshly squeezed lime juice
Instructions:
In a shaker, combine the Malibu rum, pineapple juice, coconut cream, and lime juice.
Add ice to the shaker and shake well until chilled.
Strain the mixture into a glass filled with ice.
Top with ginger ale and stir gently to combine.
Garnish with a lime wedge or a slice of pineapple, if desired.
