Soft Concentrated Milk Cake to Wish

Ingredients (for 8 parts):

1 can of sweetened condensed milk (400g)

4 eggs

120g of flour

50g of melted butter

1 sachet of baking powder

Preparation:

Preheat your oven to 160°C (th. 5-6).

Mix the eggs with the sweetened condensed milk in a large bowl. Stir well until the mixture becomes homogeneous, even if the dense texture of the condensed milk requires a little patience.

Stir in the melted butter, then add the flour and baking powder. Mix until you get a smooth, lump-free dough.

Pour the mixture into a 22×11 cm cake mould previously buttered or lined with baking paper.

Bake for about 50 minutes. To check the cooking, plant a knife in the centre of the cake: the blade should come out clean and dry.

Allow to cool before unmoulding, then serve this delicious soft condensed milk cake at any time of the day!
