Strawberry Marshmallow Fluff Salad
Ingredients:
- 1 (8 oz) container of Cool Whip (thawed)
- 1 (3.4 oz) package of instant vanilla pudding mix (do not prepare, just the powder)
- 1 cup milk (cold)
- 1 (21 oz) can strawberry pie filling
- 2 cups mini marshmallows
- 1½ cups chopped fresh strawberries
- ½ cup crushed pineapple (drained well)
- ½ cup sweetened shredded coconut (optional)
- ½ cup chopped pecans or walnuts (optional)
Instructions:
- Mix Pudding Base:
In a large bowl, whisk together the instant vanilla pudding mix and cold milk until smooth and slightly thickened (about 1-2 minutes). - Fold in Cool Whip:
